Returns and Exchanges

Refund Type: Store credit will be issued to the customer account.

All items purchased at an event, market or pop up shop receive 15% off and are considered FINAL SALE.  

United States Customers: You have 14 days from the day you purchased your item to receive  store credit ONLY. 


International Customers ( Canada, UK and Australia):
You have 20 days from the day you purchased your item to return for store credit ONLY. 

 

All items are inspected before shipping, if for some reason you have received a damaged or defective item, please email us at contact@fourthandharper.com and we will do out best to help you right away!

 DO WE SEND RETURN LABELS?
We do not offer return labels at this time, so you can send the item back however you prefer.

Please include your order invoice with your return. When returning an item with your invoice, please mark the items you're returning and include the reason for return. If you no longer have your invoice, please include a note with ALL the following information:

Name, E-Mail, Order Number, Item(s) Description, Reason for Return. If you do not include one of these with your return, it will delay the process.
 

Return Policy Details:
 -The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping.

-Discount codes can NOT be applied after order has been processed. 
-Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged with all tags attached. 
-Sale Items are FINAL SALE!
-All accessories are FINAL SALE including HATS!
-Bodysuits and Intimates are FINAL SALE!
-Anything purchased with a discount code is FINAL SALE!
-Any returns past the policy will not be accepted or store credited.

Exchange/Store Credit
Exchanges MUST be the same item, but different size request.
We are not able to exchange for different items.
If you need a different size in your item, note your size exchange on your invoice and send it back to us. If we have the item in stock in your requested size, we will send it to you. If we don't have your requested size, we will send you an egift card with store credit.
