Please allow 2-3 business days, for us to process and ship your order. We process orders Monday - Friday, and are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays.
Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided. Fourth and Harper is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If this occurs you have the option of filing a claim through USPS or with your local police department.
Please Note: Selecting an upgraded shipping option will not decrease the time it takes to process orders, it only speeds up shipping time it takes to receive your order.

Please note Fourth and Harper is not responsible for shipping deliveries/delays due to customs or transfers from USPS to the local carries in your country, and delays once the package leaves the U.S.
Fourth and Harper is not responsible for any taxes or customs fees your order may incur when receiving an international package.
At this time, we do not issues Returns. We only offer store credit or exchange for different size.
To exchange an item, please return the item you wish to exchange for store credit. To exchange the same item for a different size, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
- STORE CREDIT:
Fourth and Harper offers Store Credit within 14 days after your package has been delivered only if the item is in the original condition with Fourth and Harper hang tag attached and has no sign of visible wear. All items must be New, Unworn, Unwashed, No Visible signs of wear such as: Makeup, Deodorant Stains, Fragrances, etc. Any packing slip marked with the Final Sale stamp is Final Sale no exceptions.
Store credit amount will be sent to you once we inspect item.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy.
